Updating your password

You can update your password at any time from your Payify dashboard.

To update your password:

  1. From your Payify dashboard, go to Settings > Account.
  2. Under Password, enter your Current password, your New password in the fields provided.
  3. Click Update password.

Resetting your password

If you are the account owner and have forgotten your password you can reset your password by following these instructions

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Payify login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password?.
  3. On the new page, enter your Email.
  4. Click Email recovery instructions. You will receive an email with your password reset instructions.
  5. Enter your temporary password.
  6. Enter a new password and new password confirmation.
  7. Click Reset password. You will be taken back to login where you can then log in to your account with your new password.

Payments

Within your account, Payments refers to the payment service provider which processes the payments made to you in checkout. Linking your PayPal or Stripe account is required to use Payify.

To link your PayPal or Stripe account:

  1. From your Payify dashboard, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. Under Payment provider, click the button corresponing to your desired payment service provider. You will momentarily be taken to that payment service provider's website to log in and authorize Payify to accept payments on your behalf. When you are finished you are returned to Payify and your account status should now show as connected.

Upgading or downgrading your plan

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Monthly charges are prorated and adjusted based on when your plan changes during the billing cycle. Transaction fees for the new plan go into effect immediately.

To change your plan:

  1. From your Payify dashboard, go to Settings > Account.
  2. Under Plan, select your current plan.
  3. Choose a plan under Change plan.
  4. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Confirm.

Canceling your plan

If you need to cancel your Payify plan you can do so at any time from your Payify dashboard. Upon cancelation you will have access to your account and can manage any existing customer subscriptions, however your public profile and any associated products or plans will no longer be accessible.

To cancel your plan:

  1. From your Payify dashboard, go to Settings > Account.
  2. Under Plan, select your current plan.
  3. Click Cancel plan.
  4. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Confirm.

Canceling your account

If you would like to permanently cancel your Payify account, please contact support. When you cancel your account, all account, profile, customer, payment, and any associated data will be deleted. Payify does not retain the account or sales data of canceled accounts.
