Customers

A new customer is added for each new order or subscription.

When subscribing to a plan your customers can sign up to Payify to access to their account and manage their subscriptions.

Customers can be viewed through the customer section of the Payify dashboard. Detailed information for each customer is available from that list and accessed by clicking the View button.

Viewing a customer's subscriptions

To view a customer's subscriptions:

1. Go to Customers and click View on the customer record you would like to access.
2. Any plans the customer is subscribed to will be listed under Subscriptions.
3. Click on any item to view that subscription.

Viewing a customer's orders

To view a customer's orders:

1. Go to Customers and click View on the customer record you would like to access.
2. Any orders the customer has placed will be listed under Orders.
3. Click on any item to view that order.
