A subscription is a recurring payment plan that a customer has subscribed to.

Subscriptions can be viewed in the Payify dashboard by going to Payments > Subscriptions. Detailed information for each subscription is available from that list and accessed by clicking the View button.


The following details the information available from the Subscriptions section

  • Name - The plan name for this subscription.
  • Customer - The customer subscribed to this subscription's plan.
  • Begin date - The date the subscription began.
  • End date - The date the subscription is set to end.
    If there is no subscription length set for this subscription's plan, this field will be blank.
  • Status - The current status of this subscription.

Canceling a subscription

In some situations it may be necessary to cancel a customer's subscription on their behalf.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to Subscriptions and click View on the subscription you would like to cancel.
  2. Click the 3-dot button and from the menu choose Cancel subscription.
  3. In the Confirm cancelation dialog, Click Ok to complete the cancelation.


At the beginning of each billing cycle your customers will be charged with the card they have on file. A summary of these recurring payments can be viewed on the subscription detail page under the Payments section.
